Adjustable Thickness

The pasta roller sheet attachment offers 8 adjustable thickness settings. With the ability to adjust the dough thickness from 0.01 to 0.08 inches (0.3 to 2mm), you can easily choose your preferred thickness for consistent results. It is perfect for making wide noodles, dumplings, tortillas, layer cakes, and other varieties of pasta dishes.

Choose Between 2 Pasta Widths

This pasta roller attachment provides options for a 0.06-inch (1.5mm) thin pasta width and a 0.24-inch (6mm) wide pasta width. Choose the width that best fits your or your family's taste. Different pasta widths can also add variety and appeal to your dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Food-grade Materials

Entirely crafted from food-safe materials, allowing safe pasta preparation and consumption. The dough rolling shaft uses 304 stainless steel while the cutting shaft employs 303 stainless steel. The overall structure is robust, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring durability without rusting or deforming over time.

This pasta attachment is straightforward in operation. Simply mount it onto a stand mixer, switch it on, and enjoy quicker pasta-making. The included cleaning brush, along with the highly polished stainless steel surface, aids in hassle-free cleaning. However, it's essential to note that this pasta roller is not dishwasher-friendly.
