Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days for metro areas, 5 to 10 for regional areas and 7 to 14 for remote areas.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a change of mind. You pay the return shipping and there is no restocking fee. Faulty items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
