The options shown at checkout may vary depending on your device and your order.
Payment is taken in full when you place your order, except where you choose Zip, in which case Zip pays us and you repay Zip under its own terms. Zip approval, limits and repayments are managed by Zip, not by Elegant Shop.
If you choose bank deposit, the bank account details and your payment reference are shown on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please transfer the full amount and email your receipt to support@elegantshop.com.au. We process and dispatch your order once the payment has cleared. Orders that are not paid may be cancelled.
Card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal and Zip using industry standard encryption. We do not see or store your full card details.
Please make sure your billing details match those held by your card issuer. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or if payment cannot be verified.
All prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include GST where applicable.
After your payment is accepted you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it within one hour, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
If your payment fails, no order is created. Please check your details, try another payment method or contact your bank. If money has been taken but you have no order confirmation, contact us and we will check it for you.
Refunds are made to the original payment method in line with our Returns and Refund Policy, within 3 to 5 business days after an approved return is inspected.
