Warranty Policy
This page explains the warranty and consumer guarantees that apply to products bought from Elegant Shop operated by Sirix Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 55 683 913 831).
Australian Consumer Law Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many products also carry a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Where a product has one, the warranty period and terms are shown on the product page or provided with the product. Such a warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What a Warranty Does Not Cover

- Incorrect installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised modifications
