1. Australian Consumer Law

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item:

  • Is faulty

  • Is damaged

  • Is not as described

  • Does not function as advertised


2. Faulty or Damaged Items (DOA Claims)

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos showing the issue

  • We will replace, repair, or refund depending on the case

There is no cost to the customer for faulty product returns.


3. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days, subject to:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging

  • Customer pays return shipping

  • Restocking fee 10–15% may apply depending on supplier conditions

Refund is processed once the item is inspected.
