These Terms and Conditions apply to the website elegantshop.com.au ("Website"), operated by Sirix Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 55 683 913 831), trading as Elegant Shopping eStore ("Elegant Shopping eStore", "we" and "us"). By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our policies.

We aim to show accurate descriptions, images and prices. If an error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before processing your order, and we may cancel an order affected by an error and refund you in full.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order confirmation will not change.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment made.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
