Dispatch and delivery times vary by product, warehouse and postcode. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days to metro areas, 5 to 10 business days to regional areas and 7 to 14 business days to remote areas.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and the size of your order. Free shipping applies only where it is shown on the product page or at checkout. Bulky items may be delivered by freight carrier, and some orders may arrive in more than one package.

See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Change of mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Return postage for change of mind returns is paid by the customer. No restocking fee is charged.
