How to Use:

  1. Prepare a quiet, well-ventilated room and lie on your side.

  2. Plug the opposite ear with cotton, and gently insert the narrow end of the candle into the ear vertically.

  3. Have a second person assist by lighting the wider end of the candle.

  4. Let the candle burn until it reaches the marked safety line (approx. 1 cm remaining), then extinguish in a glass of water.

  5. Gently clean the ear with a damp cotton swab. Repeat on the other side if desired.

  • Keep hair tied back and flammable items away from the flame.

  • Always have an adult assist during use to prevent accidents.
