The Baumr-AG CS-400 Pro Cut Off Saw combines the power and reliability of a pure copper wound brushless motor with a big 16” blade to redefine what you can expect from a high-performance cutting tool at this price point.
POWERFUL AND VERSATILE
At the heart of the CS-400 is a full-commercial-grade brushless 2400W motor, with the convenience of a 10A plug. This saw does not just cut steel, it can handle wood, brass, aluminium, and plastics, adjusting easily to different materials without swapping blades. The strong, yet lightweight, cast alloy base ensures durability while maintaining portability, making it suitable for various environments, from workshops to construction sites.
RUGGED DESIGN
Weighing in at 60kg, this is a serious quality unit that’s ready for the rigours of daily use. The cast iron base offers the stability you need, and castor wheels enable you to get it around site.
ADVANCED RESIN COMPOSITE BLADE
Experience cutting-edge performance with our 16-inch Dry-Cut Chop Saw, designed to keep up with the rigorous demands of modern construction and metalworking. Featuring a high-speed resin composite blade that has enhanced performance. This 400mm blade spins at up to 2840 RPM and is capable of cutting materials up to a height of 135mm at 90 degrees and 100mm at 45 degrees.
MITRE CUTS
The robust clamping system allows 0-45 degree angle adjustment to assure accurate repeated cuts.
PREMIUM SAFETY
Safety is paramount with our chop saw. It features a blade guard to shield against flying debris. A progressive launch start motor ensures the machine powers up smoothly, reducing the risk of overheating and prolonging motor life. It has the advantage of having a low-power draw at start-up, making it ideal for portable power sources.
